Fair Housing-Fair Lending is a law bulletin that aggregates court decisions and settlements, administrative complaints and agreements, and other news of interest related to fair housing and fair lending throughout the United States. Fair Housing-Fair Lending helps you stay on top of developments in virtually every area of housing and mortgage lending discrimination.
Fair Housing-Fair Lending consists of a monthly bulletin that provides up-to-date information through summaries of cases involving cutting edge challenges to discrimination in housing and mortgage lending. It is available via email or in loose-leaf format (publication binders are available).
Subscribers to Fair Housing-Fair Lending also have access to a searchable data base of bulletins published since 2008. Once you subscribe, you will receive an email invitation to create a user name and password. When you “accept” the invitation, you will have immediate access to the FH-FL website.
